A respected behavioral health treatment organization in Kenbridge, VA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead and oversee clinical and operational functions. This leadership role offers competitive compensation (Open to Discuss), strong organizational support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a residential treatment setting. 🌿✨
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the treatment program
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• Foster a positive and therapeutic environment for clients
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Previous leadership experience in a treatment or residential setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
• Active Virginia licensure (if clinically applicable)
Working Hours
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• On-call availability as needed for program oversight
