Seeking a full-time, on-site Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical strategy, innovation, and provider collaboration within a growing, physician-led healthcare organization in Gillette, WY. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, clinical expertise, and vision to enhance quality, research integration, and patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee quality improvement, clinical standards, and evidence-based care protocols.
Mentor and support multidisciplinary providers and clinical teams.
Collaborate with operations and research leaders to align care delivery and innovation.
Represent the clinic within the community and healthcare partnerships.
Qualifications
10+ years of clinical experience and at least 5 years in healthcare leadership.
Proven record of team leadership and quality improvement.
Research or FDA process experience preferred.
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills.
Must relocate to Gillette, WY (on-site role only).
