LOCUM Clinical/Medical Director Physician (IM/FM) *136449: Central, Connecticut
Type of Provider(s) client will accept (Including Specialty): BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Certifications required: BC
Background Experience: Previous Leadership experience
Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 14-21 days
Start Date: ASAP
Dates: 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
LOA (# of days worked): For 3 months with potential to extend
Inpatient or Outpatient: Outpatient
Patient Volume: They would be expected to see 8-10 patients per day. The remainder of their time would be administrative.
Staffing Mix: They will be overseeing 8-11 NPs and PAs. Their primary goal is to provide support to the other providers in an effort to reduce turnover.
Other admin tasks include attending meetings, the peer review process, and possibly meeting with candidates we are recruiting.
