JOB DESCRIPTION: Hospital in coastal Florida has an opportunity for a Market Medical Director for our expanding OBGYN network. Incoming OBGYN physician leader will collaborate with another affiliated hospital in providing market strategy guidance and help grow our established practices in the area. Mix of leadership oversight, labor/delivery, and clinical practice Both hospitals have daVinci Xi platforms for minimally-invasive robotic surgery 24 hr OB Hospitalist Group provides ER call coverage at both hospitals Multiple practice locations with mix of OBGYN physicians, NPs, and CNMs Incentive/Benefits: Highly competitive compensation Medical directorship stipend medical, dental, vision, life, short & long term disability options, and occurrence-based malpractice PTO and CME time / allowance 401k HOSPITAL: Healthcare system consists of multiple hospitals, physician practices, freestanding emergency rooms and urgent care centers, offering a collaborative network of personalized care. Labor, delivery, and recovery rooms for high or at-risk patients, adjacent to the operating room.
