P/T Primary Care provider needed for a community health center to focus on addiction medicine

• Work in 100% outpatient clinic alongside primary care providers and mid-level
• Suboxone responsibility will be 2-3 days a week,
• Opportunity for primary care and leadership
• Providers rotate one evening, telephone call shared with 8 other providers
• Flexible shifts and scheduling available for providers looking to take on additional work

NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)

Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease training

Previous Addiction, HIV experience preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply

NOTE: Suboxone not required upfront, can take the certification course and the organization will train
