· At least 2 months, maybe longer. 4 days/week, 6a-noon

· Average 10 patients per day

· Provide methadone or suboxone assisted treatments

· EMR: Smart

REQUIRED:

· WI state license; active, unrestricted

· BC/BE

COMPENSATION:
