An addiction medicine facility is seeking an addiction medicine physician for ongoing coverage. Credentialing for this assignment takes 1-2 weeks.
The facility is located near Milwaukee, WI.
This position is 3 days per week with no call or weekend requirements. There are typically around 10-15 patients per day and the locum will have 30-45 minutes for initial evaluations and 10-15 minutes for med checks. Patients are all adults and cases are bread and butter addiction med. There will be clinic managers, a substance abuse counselor, etc. for support. Candidates must have addiction medicine experience and a suboxone waiver is preferred but not required.
