SETTING:

Brand new outpatient clinic

SCHEDULE:

Looking for help 2 days per week for a few hours each day

Patient per day: Will range from 1 to 15

Since this is a new clinic, it may be slower in the beginning but pick up as time goes on

REQUIREMENTS:

Suboxone and methadone waiver

Active Iowa license

DEA

Local Iowa provider
