We are seeking a BC/BE Physician to provide services for our soon-to-open outpatient practice in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This position if full time, but we will consider part time candidates. Prefer candidates with previous experience running/ working in a medication assisted treatment office. We are building a solid brand deeply focused on providing our patients with the best in class opioid addiction treatment program in the state. Through excellent medical practices and front desk care, we will help our patients create positive outcomes consistently.

Details:
  • Support that allows you to keep your focus where it counts - caring for patients as the clinical leader of our addiction treatment clinic, you would be responsible for:
    • Providing leadership, direction and supportive medical judgment to the entire team.
    • The initial medical evaluation; completion of the intake documentation
    • Review/approval of initial need assessment and treatment plan/amendments
    • Conducting follow-up consultations
    • Adjustment of medication dosages
    • Ordering and review of lab work Qualified Candidates
  • Must Have Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree from an accredited school of Medicine
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience preferred
  • Board Certification in Addiction Medicine preferred but open to specialty in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Family Practice
  • Must be actively licensed in the state of Texas
  • Must possess an active Controlled Substance Registration Certificate and U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license
  • Certified buprenorphine waiver trained
  • An existing Medicare ID # and credentialed with Medicaid are highly
