We are looking for passionate physicians who will help us fulfill our mission of Changing People’s Lives®. Limestone, a Springstone affiliate will offer treatment services to individuals suffering from opiate addiction. We are opening a new location in Bloomington, IN of which will require a local physician to serve as Medical Director. Come practice with a highly engaged team to deliver best in class care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school doctoral program and completion of residency required; board certification preferred.
- Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Anesthesiology physicians preferred
- Prior Addiction Medicine experience and certification preferred
- Current unencumbered medical doctor (MD) or osteopathic doctor (DO) licensure.
- Unrestricted DEA and State Controlled Substances registration
- Documented references of working experience in an opioid treatment program or documented continuing education in addiction treatment.
