Locums Psychiatry - Addiction Medicine Opening in Wisconsin

• Local candidates preferred but will consider travellers
• Coverage needed asap (start 30 days from when candidate is identified)
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Shift times: Ideally 6am-2p
• Call: Locum takes back up call to another HCP-Phone calls are very rare
• BC not required
• Psychiatrist preferred but will accept but Family Medicine provider
• Required:
  • Active WI License
  • Active WI DEA
• Locum will serve as interim medical director and must live within 45 minutes from the facility
• Outpatient Addiction Medicine Facility
• No Suboxone
• PPD:Approximately 16-20 depending on type of appts for the day- longer for physicals/intakes, 15 minute dose evals
• No EMR
