About the Role
We are seeking an addiction psychiatrist to help provide coverage at a clinic in Lexington, Kentucky . This is a PRN locum opportunity. The clinic focuses specifically on addiction medicine for opiates. The clinics employ the use of methadone, buprenorphine or Suboxone
Position Type: PRN flexible schedule.
Schedule: Hours of clinic is Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm and Saturday 6:00am-8:00am.
EMR: Methasoft.
Duration: They are looking for a PRN commitment of 6 months.
Start date: The clinic has not yet opened, so they are in the process of nailing down a specific date. There is another clinic in Lexington that is already open and can likely offer a quicker start if necessary.
📋 Qualifications
- Board Certified ABPN in addiction psychiatry highly preferred. They are open to psychiatrists with addiction medicine experience as well.
- Active KY state license highly preferred.
- Prefers at least 1 year of clinical experience.
