Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Pueblo, Colorado
Compensation: $240,000 + Sign-on Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

This integrated care center serves a diverse patient population with a strong commitment to whole-person, community-focused care. Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $240,000 annually

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

    • $5,000 after orientation

    • $5,000 after one year of successful employment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to both adult and pediatric patient populations

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

  • Deliver wellness services, preventive care, and patient education

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers, nurses, and support staff

  • Adhere to organizational policies and state/federal regulatory requirements

  • Ensure documentation and care delivery align with quality and managed-care standards

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Medical License (MD or DO)

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine

  • Current DEA certificate, including Suboxone DEA

  • CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to complete within 3–12 months)

  • Eligible for malpractice insurance coverage

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and general computer use
