CA license, BC in FM, IM, and Addiction Med. Addiction Medicine or equivalent experience
Possession of BLS and DEA
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p
- Worksite Setting: Residential Treatment center and Behavioral Health OP practice
- Scope of Work: Performing intakes and prescribing/managing MAT for residential and OP substance use disorder clients. Ongoing MAT care. 6 hours of patient facing clinical time per day.
- Patient volume: 10 to 14 patients per day scheduled for follow-ups. Otherwise, a max 4-5 intakes a day & follow ups. Support staff 2 NP's.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
CA license, BC in FM, IM, and Addiction Med. Addiction Medicine or equivalent experience
Possession of BLS and DEA
