- Work Dates Needed: asap - ongoing 6 months
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Hybrid schedule: part-time in-person in Orange County & other 1/2 working remote for San Francisco office.
- Worksite Setting: Residential Treatment center and Withdrawal Management. 15 beds male, 15 beds female, 12 beds for withdrawal / detox
- Scope of Work: Performing intakes and prescribing/managing detox for detox admits. Providing basic co-occurring psych and medical management. Ongoing MAT care. Providing training and supervision to personnel working in our med rooms. 2 to 3 new admits a day, only 50% total census and 7 to 10 med checks a day. We’re seeking an addiction provider who can see patients in a behavioral health setting, so either intake which is evaluating patients for clearance for medically assisted detox or in our residential programs.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA medical license, DEA, BLS, Board Certification or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine or equivalent experience
- EMR: Welligent
- Pay Rate Preferred: $175/hour plus travel expenses
