We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician - Addiction Medicine in Kentucky.

Position Details:
- Patient Population: Addiction Medicine (Outpatient Setting)
- Setting: Outpatient Treatment Center
- Responsibilities: Provide addiction treatment services in an outpatient facility
- Required Procedures: General addiction medicine care
- EMR System: sAMMS
- Support Staff: Standard outpatient team
- Days Per Month: Two days per week
- On-Call/Weekends: Monday - Friday availability (5:30 AM - 12 PM); No weekend/on-call requirements
Compensation & Reimbursement:
- Mileage Reimbursement: Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 1 year of residency) in Addiction Medicine - REQUIRED
- Active Kentucky medical license - REQUIRED
- Provider must be local (only mileage reimbursement available) - REQUIRED
