8:30-4:30 pm M-F (Preferred 3 days a week would be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.)
Patients per day fluctuates based on evaluations, physicals, and med checks.
1 year experience working in addiction medicine (preferably methadone clinics) if they do not have a comfort prescribing methadone we would not move forward
Board certified/ DEA license
