Job Description

Last Update: 10/01/21
Hello from Sunny GA!

Our Family Medicine Program has continued to grow and we would like to add a new Faculty member.

This position will be fully employed by the hospital and will carry a professorship with our partner university.

The new Professor will enjoy a competitive Salary plus production bonus along with a Signing bonus, Moving Expenses and Student Loan Repayment.

We are looking for someone who wants a mix of teaching and mentoring new residents/students along with some clinical work.
This is an outpatient opportunity in a clinic setting and faculty members see patients only 1.5 days per week which averages 10 patients. The rest of their week is dedicated to teaching, mentoring and administrative work.

No Obstetrics and No Nursing Home coverage.

Our program offers a family friendly schedule for our Faculty members.

Our office is located exactly 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Live in teh downtown or midtown area.
Special NOTE- Our Community has FIVE country clubs, along with great shopping, dine dining and all that Atlanta has to offer.

The community is known for its real estate and renowned golf. This is a great place to own private land and enjoy outdoor sports. Georgia benefits from the HOPE scholarship where students with a B average can attend in-state colleges for free.
Our facility was named one of the nation?s Top Performers on Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission. We were recognized by The Joint Commission for exemplary performance in using evidence-based clinical processes that are shown to improve care for certain conditions, including heart attack and pneumonia.
