You will work in a new and modern office suite in Lakewood, California, located 10 miles north of Seal Beach.

The facility has MAKOplasty robotic services available to sufficiently trained surgeon and anticipates a schedule of 2-3 days per week in clinic and surgery 2 days per week. The group has 2 office locations supported by dedicated orthopedic RN navigator and program physician assistant, medical Assistants, surgery scheduling as well as front and back office administrative/operational support.

There a significant deficit of surgeons in the market and project a fairly short ramp-up period, however, the local hospital will assist recruitment with a startup guarantee package.
