• Independent contractor-to-partnership opportunity (1099)
• General Anesthesia Partnership established in 1996
• Currently comprised of 10 Partners, 5 Subcontractors and a Group Facilitator
• Group provides hospital with 24-hour trauma coverage and 24-hour OB services
• Surgical cases include major vascular, robotics, ortho, neuro, gyn, peds, plastics, ENT, urology and all other general surgical procedures
• No cardiac care
• All physician group, no CRNA’s in group
• Long standing exclusive contract with hospital
• Group also provides regional anesthesia as needed
• One-year Partnership track
• First year reimbursed at 90% of your share of collections
• Year 2+ (partnership) reimbursed at 100% of your share of collections
• Average annual compensation: $400,000-$450,000+ with opportunity to make more
• Income is directly proportioned to work provided
• All patient collections are pooled and distributed by production
• Night coverage is scheduled for 1st call and OB call during the week
• Subcontractors are offered 8 weeks’ vacation; Partners are offered 10 weeks’ vacation
• 465-bed multi-specialty Level II Trauma Center
• Relocation, malpractice, malpractice tail, sign-on bonus, stipend provided through 3 Party Relocation Agreement
