Description:
- Program Director provides teaching, clinical, and administrative leadership for the residency program
- Full time position with 0.7 Administrative (minimum), 0.3 Clinical (precepting residents and managing a small patient panel)
- Ensures a safe clinical learning environment and program compliance with ACGME guidelines
- The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine who has a passion for teaching and has an interest in leadership development and mentoring residents
- Collaborative work within the OhioHealth Graduate Medical Education system
- Residency program has a strong relationship with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine with main campus being within 1 mile

Requirements:
- DO strongly preferred (MD considered with commitment to osteopathic culture)
- Medical education leadership and strategy experience
- Strong relationship-building, mentoring, and communication skills
- Collaborative, visible, systems-oriented leadership style
- Greater than 3 years teaching/administrative experience, clinically active within past 3 years with previous leadership experience
