Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Physician Medical Director-Geriatric Locum to work near Longmeadow, Massachusetts (MA). The team is anticipating the coverage starting on 2/2/2026. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.

49412 - Physician Medical Director-Geriatric Locum Role:
· Census: Serves age 55 and older.
· Practice: All-inclusive care for the Elderly (PACE) model – Care for seniors with chronic care needs.
· Scope: Certified patience – verified by the State to need nursing home care.
· Administration: Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Medical Director provides general medical direction and supervision of the medical aspects of participant care.
· Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri.

Requirements of the Physician Medical Director-Geriatric Locum role:

• MA state license; active, unrestricted.
• BLS, DEA
• Board Certification – Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Preference for: BC in Geriatrics
• Experience in geriatrics – preferred; previous supervisory (1-yr minimum) - required
• Malpractice History: Clean is preferred
• CV must be formatted with MM/YYYY for all work w/all work and training.
