Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative physician leader to serve as Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program in good standing. This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician-educator who values mentorship, accessibility, and resident engagement within a supportive, collegial training environment.
Program Overview
- Established Family Medicine residency program with strong institutional support

Clinical & Administrative Structure
- Standard weekday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Balanced role with approximately:
- 1/3 continuity clinic
- 1/3 precepting and clinic support
- 1/3 administrative and leadership responsibilities
- Inpatient service approximately every 6th week, with manageable call structure and strong resident support

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years as core faculty
• At least 3 years of GME educational or administrative experience
• Demonstrated excellence as a clinician, educator, and mentor
Preferred:
• Prior Associate Program Director experience
• OB experience welcomed
• Interest in research supported but not required
