Job Description:
Compensation : $200000 - $220000 Job ID : 38874
Job Function:
Supervise, precept, and advise residents in both ambulatory and hospital-based settings.
Oversee and manage the residency curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and program goals.
Provide patient care at assigned clinical sites and hospital-based programs, including inpatient or obstetrics services.
Ensure clinical services meet productivity goals, quality benchmarks, regulatory standards, and training requirements.
Precept residents at designated ambulatory training sites.
Participate in scholarly activities and research initiatives.
Supervise specialty areas such as Obstetrics or Sports Medicine, based on expertise and program needs.
Job Requirements:
1 year of clinical practice; teaching experience preferred.
Clinical leadership experience preferred.
Valid New York State medical license.
Board certified in Family Medicine.
Current BCLS certification.
Current DEA certificate.
Qualifications
