Job Requirements
Required:
- MD or DO degree.
- Successful completion of a residency program.
- AZ MD License
- Board qualifed or certified
- Credentialed SJHMC
- Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies

Pay Range
$80.00 - $750.00 /hour
