FAMILY PRACTICE - PROGRAM DIRECTOR - ONE HOUR FROM CHICAGO
If you are seeking a new Program Director opening and enjoy training residents this could be an ideal fit.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
*Approximately 50% administration and 50% clinical.
*Oversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education is maintained
*Establish strategic direction of the program, its standards, quality, and reputation of the Family Medicine *Residency program as followed by faculty and residents
*Residency program practice management, overall residency operations, and resident oversight
*Program recruitment, interviews, and selection of residents
*Recruit and oversee faculty and clinical rotations
*Maintain ongoing clinical activity in Family Medicine, consistent with ACGME guidelines
*Teach residents through clinical and didactic work
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
*Documented educational and/or administrative experience required
*Board certified in Family Medicine
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to effectively deal with a broad range of people and personalities
*Does not qualify for H/J sponsorships

*Hospital Employed
