An Indian Health Service Facility along the beautiful shores of Lake Superior is looking to add an Optometrist interested in starting their own practice.
Practice Details:
• Integrated Health and Wellness Center that allows you to collaborate with both Medical and Behavioral Health Professionals
• Build out your team and program to your liking
• Total Autonomy offered - Flexible schedule, volumes, scope of practice and more
• Recent $30 Million renovation and expansion project completed in July 2025
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary of up to 75th percentile MGMA
• Full benefits package with outstanding health insurance offered and nearly 20 holidays recognized
