Practice Highlights at Central Washington Family Medicine-Residency

  • FM/DO needed for an Associate Program Director of Osteopathic Education to work collaboratively with our Residency Leadership Team to plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate the FM Residency program related to Osteopathic recognition.
  • Attends on FMS and/or FMS/OBS as scheduled.
  • Other activities include representing CWFM-R in the community, residency networking, professional organizations, and serve as a Core Faculty Physician.
  • This leadership role works with a dedicated team of faculty physicians, residents, BHCs, APPs, nursing and support staff to bring full spectrum FM training to DO physicians.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an FM with teaching or admin experience in a FM residency program is highly desirable.
  • Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
  • EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

  • Annual Base Salary: $225k-$245k includes APD, faculty, FMS/call, fellowship (if applicable), and experience.

Qualifications

  • DO degree required with completion of an accredited US Family Medicine Residency.
  • OMM fellowship is preferred.
  • Additional prep instruction for program development, physician administrator, or faculty development fellowship is highly recommended.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • BC required.
  • Great peer references and in good standing.
  • Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.
