About Our Program
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program that began in July 2013. Our unique, 3-year program has been granted the highest level of accreditation a residency program can achieve by the ACGME.
- 30 residents are currently in the program. Plans to expand to thirty-six (36) FM residents' total.
- Sports Medicine Fellowship Program began July 2020.
- Psychiatry Residency with our first four (4) residents started July 1, 2025.
- Affiliation and academic support from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Midwestern University and Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.
- Onvida Health is fully engaged as a clinical partner in the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Combination of precepting, admin time and direct patient care (carry your own panel of patients) - 60/40 split.
- Hospital employed, full-time position
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Collaborative GME team of providers, coordinators and family medicine clinic staff

- 3 years’ experience in family medicine is preferred; however new grads are eligible to apply.
- Residency program leadership or faculty experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be American Board Certified or eligible.
