- Board Certified/Eligible Neurosurgeon
- Active Missouri License or in process
- Joining 4 Neurosurgeons, each neurosurgeon is assigned an NP or PA
- hospital-employed collegial environment
- M- Thursday 2 days in OR, 2 days in Outpatient clinic, Fridays are optional for administration and catch up
- Call 1 in 4
- Bread a butter neurosurgery practice
