Location: West Orange, NJ
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

A reputable healthcare organization in West Orange is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in wound care to provide comprehensive treatment in skilled nursing facilities. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical expertise, and collaboration with facility staff. Ideal for a PA who values professional growth and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate documentation via charting from home or virtual meetings
- Collaborate with facility staff on patient care, including bed surface recommendations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Complete the company-provided 6-week training program
- Achieve Wound Care Certification within 9 months (company-assisted; $5,000 salary increase upon completion)
Qualifications:
- Current Physician Assistant license in New Jersey
- NCCPA certification
- Minimum 2 years of wound care experience in SNF/LTC settings
- Strong clinical skills in wound assessment and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
