Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Functions as first assistant on robotic surgery cases and provides pre- and post-operative care for robotic surgery patients.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primarily responsible for promoting the development of a high performance team inthe operating room,with a particular focus on optimizing the team's performance in robotic surgery cases.

There also will be multiple other areas of interaction with the Robotic Team outside of the OR including assistance with pre- and post-operative management of patient care.

Additionally there will be opportunities to be involved in Quality Improvement/Program Development, Patient Care/Patient Safety,and Special Projects.
