This is a outpatient role is with a with a well-established private urology practice in Virginia that has been serving patients for over 65 years. We offer offer strong autonomy in a supportive, collaborative environment — with no call and no weekends.

You would evaluate, diagnose, and educate patients on a wide range of urological conditions including kidney stones, incontinence, hematuria, prostate cancer, and more. The team is collegial, efficient, and focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
Educate patients on treatment plans and preventative care
Manage conditions such as UTIs, hematuria, incontinence, kidney stones, prostate cancer, and more
Collaborate with urologist and clinical team regarding patient care
Document daily visit notes accurately and timely in EMR
Provide exceptional patient-centered customer service
Qualifications
Unencumbered DEA license
Minimum 3 years of NP/PA experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Interest in urology or surgical subspecialty care
Working Hours
You choose your day off (any day except Friday)
