Urology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
Location: Austin, MN - Rochester 40m

Position Overview
This Advanced Practice Provider role supports a busy outpatient urology practice focused on the evaluation and management of both general and oncologic urologic conditions. The APP functions as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative community-based setting.
Position Highlights
* Outpatient-only urology practice
* Monday through Friday schedule
* No weekends, no call responsibilities
* Mix of general and oncologic urology
* Office-based urologic procedures
* Strong collaboration with urology physicians and clinical staff

Clinical Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive urologic histories and physical examinations
* Evaluate and manage general and oncologic urologic conditions
* Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results
* Prescribe and manage pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies
* Perform office-based urologic procedures within scope of practice
* Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
* Coordinate care and ensure continuity across the treatment plan
Practice Environment
* Full-time, 1.0 FTE
* Monday through Friday schedule
* No weekend or on-call responsibilities
* Clinical time shared between Austin and Albert Lea
Qualifications
* Eligible for DEA registration
* BLS certification required
Nurse Practitioner
* Master’s or Doctorate-prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* Current Minnesota RN and APRN license
* Certification as one of the following:
* Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
* Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
* Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Physician Assistant
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Current NCCPA certification
* Registration with the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $117,520 – $163,987 annually
