Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Practice Setting: Outpatient Urology Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | No Nights | No Weekends | No Call

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient urology practice in Dixon, Illinois. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive urologic care in a single-location clinic with strong physician support and structured training for urology-specific procedures.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, motivated to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient environment. New graduates with a strong interest in urology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and management of common urologic conditions, including BPH, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, low testosterone, recurrent UTIs, and urologic cancer surveillance.

  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care in collaboration with supervising physicians.

  • Perform office-based procedures and clinical interventions (training provided).

  • Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.

  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest in urology (prior experience not required).

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative physician oversight.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
