We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team on a part-time basis and support our growing patient population.

Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Provide direct patient care as a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ensuring clear, culturally competent communication
- Assist urologists in procedures and surgeries, contributing to improved patient outcomes
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and imaging
- Prescribe medications and deliver patient education in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements as a Urology NP or PA
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- 2+ years of urology experience preferred, but motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants will be considered
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
