Urology Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) – AdventHealth Medical Group
📍 Orange City, Florida | West Volusia Market
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and mission-fit Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our established Urology team at AdventHealth Fish Memorial and AdventHealth DeLand. This is a replacement position for an existing, well-established practice located in Orange City, FL.
Practice Highlights
- Join a thriving urology practice alongside a highly experienced and respected physician.
- Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on high-quality, compassionate care.
- Mix of outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and procedural support.
- 36 patient-facing hours per week with approximately 15+ patients per day.
- APP will round with the physician 7–10 days/month across both Fish Memorial and DeLand campuses.
- Existing, dedicated office space at 1061 Medical Center Drive, Suite 310, Orange City, FL 32763.
Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking an APP who is:
- Mission-aligned, hardworking, and passionate about providing whole-person care.
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues, staff, and hospital leadership.
- Comfortable collaborating with a confident and experienced physician in a busy, established practice.
- 3+ years of Urology or surgical specialty experience preferred.
- APRN license (or PA-C required.
