Guthrie is looking for a passionate advanced practice provider to support our Cortland Practice.

• Typical work week is M-F, five days clinic with hospital consult support.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain/maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses.

• Salary range - $115,000 to $155,000
