Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Urology team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This opportunity provides a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OR responsibilities with no call requirements, while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
#### Practice Overview:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no evenings or weekends
Join a well-established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP
Inpatient responsibilities: rounding, consults, discharges, and occasional OR time
Outpatient duties: follow-up visits, pre- and post-op evaluations, catheter care, reviewing labs/biopsies/imaging, bladder scans, and more
Perform procedures including Foley insertions, uroflow/urodynamics, cystoscopies, and vasectomies
Maintain an independent patient panel of 12–15 patients/day
No call requirements at this time
Fully integrated Epic EHR

#### Candidate Requirements:
Licensed NP/PA in Virginia (or eligibility)
Urology or surgical subspecialty experience preferred
Strong procedural skills and ability to manage an independent patient panel
