Seeking a full-time experienced Urology Advance Practice Provider to join a practice in Western Indiana just 1 hour from Indianapolis.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience in both ambulatory clinic and be skilled in the surgery setting. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.

  • Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Flexible full-time schedule
  • Primary responsibilities include hospital rounding, assisting in surgery and clinic
  • Potential for shared weeknight call after training
  • Strong primary care referral base
  • In-network specialty services: Urodynamics, in-office biopsies, in-office cystoscopy
  • Collaboration in Operating Room working with DaVinci XI robotics
