Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a Physician Assistant provider to its busy Urology department. MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation’s Mercy Medical Group locations throughout Sacramento.

This position will involve both clinical and surgical responsibilities. Duties in the clinical setting will include new patient consults and returning office visits, patient education, and responding to patient inquiries for a wide variety of urologic problems. In the surgical setting, this position will serve as a first assistant. Additional duties of hospital rounds for post-op care may be included periodically.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with no nights/ no call responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in both the clinical and surgical setting. Urology-specific experience and laparoscopic first assisting are highly desirable.
