**Urology APP opening: La Grande, Oregon**
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital employee
- Four 10hr days/week
- Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm
- No after hour call requirements
- Average 15-17 patients per day
- For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a
tele-scribe can be provided
- Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
- Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
- 2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
- Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff
- Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital
- Local service area population of approximately 35,000
**Compensation**
- Very competitive salary (141K+) which includes
- Quality incentives up to 20K
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- 20K Sign on bonus
- 8K annual CME, licensing dues, subscription
- Loan repayment (student)
- Full benefits including a 401k match
- Paid malpractice
