**PA/NP Urology Opportunity: Watertown, NY**
- Located 70m to Syracuse, 50m to Canadian border
**Position Details**
- 290-bed hospital; medical staff of 180 physicians representing 42 specialties
- 2 established and engaged Urologists, 1 other APP, 1 RN, and 4 LPNS, along with a medical assistant.
- Opportunity to learn and grow as Urology APP.
- Clinic has 10 exams rooms, and one procedure room.
- Clinic Visits: 9,614 (2022)
- Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
- Clinic conveniently located within 1 mile of the hospital
- Catchment population: 250,000

**Package Highlights:**
- Annual Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 based on experience
- Relocation reimbursement: $5000/reimburse with receipts
- Signing bonus: $15000/two-year commitment
- Education Loan repayment: $10,000 each year up to $40,000
- CME: $2000/annual and 5-paid days
- PTO: 29 days
- Plus: other generous benefit package
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate of approved course of study and experience acceptable to the State Education Department.
- New York State Licensed (or eligible)
- Minimum two years of experience as a nurse practitioner or physicians assistant
- BLS
- Values patient centered care and has desire to work within team model
- Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible care and outcomes
