Location: San Jose, CA
Start Date and Length of Assignment:
- ASAP-Ongoing | Mon-Fri (8am-4:30pm)
- 3-5 days per week!
Job Details:
- Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic
- Procedures required: Primary Care/Family medicine, Respiratory, Lacerations, I&D's, Splinting, Physicals
- Average 20-25 patients/day
- Ages: Pediatrics-Adults
- EMR: DrChrono
- Solo environment w/ support staff and supervising MD
- Credentialing: 1-2 weeks
- Require: National certification, Active CA License, DEA, NPI, ACLS, Active Medicare/Medi-Cal enrollment, 1-2 years of experience
