JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Connecticut state license and DEA with Connecticut address required
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
• Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS required
• Experience: Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine required; ability to work independently
• Other Qualifications: Willingness to travel at least 45 minutes, split day between two locations, and accommodate last-minute schedule changes

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
• Perform minor procedures including suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, and splinting.
• Interpret X-rays and EKGs as part of patient evaluation.
• Work independently and manage patient volume in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Travel between multiple GoHealth locations within a 45-minute radius as needed, including weekend and holiday coverage.
