Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Job Setting: Urgent Care
- Types of Cases: Cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, splinting, X-rays/EKGs, drawing blood, and I&Ds. High acuity cases will be referred to the local ER. Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages including pediatrics (6 months and older)
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required; drive-in candidates only (within a 2-3 hour radius)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience OR minimum 1 year of emergency medicine experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working independently (no supervision)
- Must be comfortable with orthopedic procedures (splinting) and wound care
- Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients (6 months and older)
- Submitting providers must indicate comfort level with the following:
- Suturing/Wound Care/I&Ds
- Splinting
- X-Rays/EKGs
- Drawing Blood/IVs
- Working Independently
- Pediatrics
