###Locums | NP/PA - Family Medicine/Urgent Care | No Call | Rockingham, NC ###Why This Role * Ongoing urgent care coverage with flexible, long-term opportunity * High-volume outpatient setting serving both adults and pediatric patients * Solo provider model with offsite supervising physician support * Multiple clinic locations with scheduling preference within a 60-mile radius of home * Lives within 65-mile radius of sites ###Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: No Call * Schedule: To be discussed (coverage needed 7 days/week) * Shifts require completion of onboarding and Epic training (mandatory, Wednesdays only) * EMR: Epic * Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 20 days ###Requirements * Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) * Board Certified (NCCPA / NP Boards) * Active North Carolina license (NC only) * NC DEA required * Minimum 12 months urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or acute care experience * Experience treating adults and pediatric patients (6 months+) * BLS required * Strong Epic proficiency required * Must be comfortable as sole provider in clinic * No new graduates ###Clinical Details * Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care * Patients per Shift: ~20 (site dependent) * Patient Volume: Average 40 PPD (up to 60 PPD) * Patient Population: Adults and Pediatrics (6 months and up) * Procedures: * I&D * Laceration repair * Ear irrigation * Other minor urgent care procedures * Admissions: None * Call: None * Support Staff: * Center Manager * MA: 1 * Office Staff / PSA: 2 * Supervising Physician provided offsite * Trauma Level: N/A ###Compensation * Rates: Facility accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Mileage reimbursed
