Job description Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity in Blackfoot, ID An established urgent care network in Eastern Idaho is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a fast-paced, collaborative clinical team. Providers will deliver high-quality, patient-centered urgent care services while working alongside multiple specialties across several regional clinic locations. Position Details Part-time Urgent Care position Located in Blackfoot, ID Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Locations may include Ammon, Blackfoot, and Pocatello, Idaho Fast-paced urgent care environment treating a broad range of acute conditions Collaborative team with physician leadership and multidisciplinary support Opportunity to work across multiple clinic sites within the regional network Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate Provide urgent care procedures within scope of practice Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Supportive clinical environment with opportunities to expand skills Access to a collaborative network of providers and specialties Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active Idaho NP or PA license or ability to obtain DEA and Idaho Controlled Substance license required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Community Highlights – Eastern Idaho Access to outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, skiing, and camping Close proximity to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park Family-friendly communities with affordable living Growing regional healthcare and business centers Scenic landscapes with mountains, rivers, and year-round outdoor activities
