About the Opportunity

Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Urgent Care clinic at Carthage Hospital.

Position Highlights

• Compensation range: $75 – $85 per hour (W2)
• 12-hour day shifts Monday through Friday
• 6-hour weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Solo APP coverage with physician phone support
• Comfortable managing 3–5 patients per hour in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Perform procedures including suturing, fracture care, and splinting
• 3+ years of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
