Located in Mesa, AZ - Phoenix 20m
Full-time, permanent position
2+ Years of Experience Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
Overview:
* Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm
* Shift: 3 days 7-6, 1 day 8-7
* Clinics are open on Saturday and done on a rotating schedule
* EMR: NextGen
* Clinic uses Ambient AI to save providers a significant amount of time
* Mesa is a comprehensive site that includes onsite services in Primary Care, OBGYN, Mental Health, Dentistry, Dieticians and In-house Labs

The NP/PA is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care services through the identification, management and/or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of the client’s health by means of preventive care and health promotion. Will perform assignments, which can vary from routine to exceptional in nature and are carried out with minimal guidance in accordance with clinic office practices and procedures. Will comply with organization and department policies.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
* Board Certification
* Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license.
* Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license or Physician Assistant license.
* Valid DEA certificate.
* Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques.
* Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an NP/PA
