We are seeking a skilled, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, high-quality Urgent Care practice located just south of Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to deliver efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Providers must be comfortable treating patients of all ages.


Full-Time Position Details: Schedule: Three hour, 12 hour shifts per week

  • Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000 annually, plus productivity incentives

Part-Time Position Details:

  • Compensation: $65 – $70 per hour
  • Schedule: Two 12-hour shifts per week
  • Employment Status: Part-time, employed

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent care patients of all ages
  • Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care, I&Ds)
  • Order and interpret X-rays and basic labs
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
  • Educate patients and provide discharge instructions
  • Document care in the EMR and collaborate with the care team
  • Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MPAS) program
  • Current Massachusetts NP or PA license or eligibility for licensure
  • National board certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs)
  • Minimum of 1 year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in minor procedures and acute care management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
